Landpro has been formally approved as a lead consultant for ASB’s Every Hectare Matters programme, a significant initiative designed to help farmers and landowners unlock the full potential of their land and build long term resilience for future generations.
As an approved consultant, Landpro can now offer clients access to consultancy support funded by ASB of up to $25,000, along with tailored lending options of up to $5 million to finance approved land optimisation plans. This support is based on ASB’s four step framework, which focuses on assessing land, identifying opportunities, planning and taking action, and securing appropriate finance. These core steps are outlined in the programme material on page 4 of the ASB pitch pack, which emphasises evaluation of current land use, identification of diversification pathways and structured planning backed by favourable lending options.
This partnership strengthens Landpro’s position as a trusted adviser in rural development, diversification, succession planning, sustainability projects and long term land strategy. Farmers and landowners will gain access to independent expertise with a clear pathway to both planning and funding.
