We are pleased to announce that Stage 1 titles have now been issued at Pembroke Heights, a landmark residential development in Wanaka. Title issuance for Stage 2 is expected very soon.
In the meantime, detailed engineering design is well underway for Stages 3–7, doing the necessary groundwork to ensure that vision will be transformed into reality.
