Recent changes to the Resource Management Act (RMA) specifically strengthen the ability of councils to consider and place greater weight on an applicant’s compliance history when making decisions on resource consent applications. Our system was created because we saw a genuine gap in the market and a real need for a tool that makes compliance easier to manage.
The Consent Management Centre is available to all of our clients, but anyone who sees value in having a clear, centralised register of their consent requirements can benefit from this service.
