The Health & Safety Excellence Award demonstrates that we are not only committed to delivering high-quality technical work, but to doing so in a way that protects our people, partners, and clients. Safety isn’t a requirement, it’s embedded in how we think, plan, and operate. A strong safety culture leads to stronger teamwork, communication, and project reliability. With teams across the country, consistency matters. Robust systems ensure every monitoring task, site visit, ecological survey, drone flight, and construction-related assessment is performed safely and to the same high standard. From dairying to energy to forestry, clients depend on us to enter and assess environments with elevated risks. Our systems ensure every job is completed safely and thoroughly.
The submission process encouraged us to identify where new tools, training, or system upgrades could improve client outcomes, and many of these enhancements are already being implemented.
